Restoring Shop Unlock and Shop Pro

Shop Unlock and Shop Pro are one-time purchases tied to your Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android). On a new phone, open Config and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought them with. You do not need an InsuLayout Pro account for this.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by the store. On iPhone, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's order history.

Your account and data

Your jobs are stored only on your phone. To delete your sign-in account, see Delete your account. The Privacy Policy explains everything the app collects.
