Signing in to InsuLayout Pro is optional. If you created an account (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password), you can delete it and its data.

In the app

• Open Config.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm. You may be asked to confirm with Apple, Google or your password.

This deletes your Firebase sign-in account and your profile record (name, email, photo address, union local) and your scan count, clears the app's data on that phone, and, for Sign in with Apple, revokes the app's access to your Apple ID. It happens straight away. (If the scan service cannot be reached at that moment, the scan count is deleted automatically the day after the month ends.)

Without the app

Email support@quantacorelabs.ca from the address you signed in with and ask for your account to be deleted. We will delete the account, its profile record and its scan count within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is not affected

Saved jobs live on your phone (and in the phone's own backup, if that is on); deleting the account in the app clears them from the phone, and so does uninstalling it. Shop Unlock and Shop Pro belong to your Apple ID or Google account, not to your InsuLayout Pro account, so deleting the account does not remove them. Scan pictures are never kept, so there are none to delete.
